Information we collect

When you contact GOLD e TECH through this website, you may provide your name, company or plant name, mobile number, email address, business size, product interest and the message you choose to send. The site may also retain campaign parameters such as UTM values in your browser session so an enquiry can be attributed to the source that brought you to the site.

How we use it

We use enquiry information to respond to you, understand your requested product or service, prepare demonstrations or proposals, maintain sales follow-up and improve how we present our services. We do not use an enquiry as permission for unrelated bulk messaging.

Form delivery

The launch code supports a configurable server-side lead endpoint. Until that endpoint is configured, the enquiry form opens a pre-filled email addressed to support@goldetech.com instead of pretending that data has been stored on a server.

Analytics and cookies

The website code can load Google Analytics 4 only if a real measurement ID is configured. No analytics ID is included by default. If analytics or advertising technologies are enabled later, this policy and any required consent mechanism should be updated before activation.

Third-party services

GOLD e TECH products and services may rely on providers for hosting, messaging, maps, payments, KYC, email, AI, domains or other functions. Provider data handling is governed by the relevant service, configuration and contract. Product-specific notices should explain those relationships where required.

Retention and security

Enquiry data should be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the sales/support relationship, contractual needs, security and applicable legal obligations. Access should be limited to personnel who need it for that purpose.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete website enquiry information that we control, subject to applicable legal and contractual retention requirements. Contact support@goldetech.com.

Product data

Track My RMC, GOLD-e AI and HisaabKitaab handle distinct categories of customer data. Their production deployments should maintain product-specific privacy disclosures, access controls and data-processing terms appropriate to their functions.

Changes

We may update this policy as the website, analytics configuration, products or providers change. The effective date above should be revised when a material change is published.
